Anyone can take a class at Legacy Fitness & Gym LLC, regardless of weight, or fitness level. We offer both traditional classes and customized classes, so getting bored isn’t an option! From gentle stretching classes with resistance bands to high-level intensity workouts with weights, we’re sure you’ll find a class that addresses your needs. Zumba: inspired by Latin American music, Zumba involves elements of both aerobics and dance and incorporates music from a variety of dance styles, including salsa, mambo, samba, hip-hop, and tango. Zumba is an excellent choice for men and women of all ages, particularly those who like to dance, have fun, and socialize.
Yoga: involves slow movements, stretches, and poses. Yoga offers a number of health benefits, both mental and physical. Many individuals who practice regularly find yoga helps to reduce stress, build muscle, and improve posture.
